People know about their purchased model Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 when it recalled and it is clear that this is all one big mistake over in this model. Earlier not in all model but Between not doing in all things when officially with the CPSC and more units exploding. Samsung is in big trouble when recall all note 7 models all over the world. After recall note 7 ,in user’s mind ‘what the company does”, with the CPSC’s involvement or not, there are not more mistake placed in this model but one massive obstacle to face with user.

Already we have seen several people through online and saying that they won’t send back the phone, but in some cases, they may not have the option and recover its device. According to a Reddit user in France, Samsung is essentially forcing customers to exchange their devices in future one.

While this exchanging only applies to first in France , it seems that Samsung is just shipping customers to a brand new exchange offer, non-explosive Galaxy Note 7 in which color user already buy. 

In that same situation, Samsung is also recall in a Gear VR headset and that will allow customers to send back, defective unit free of charge with exchange offer.

the most interesting part of this defective model process is what Samsung has planned with any defective units and that pending in customer’s hands.
